Weigh in today was 315 lb. Uppes my bench to 225, five reps by five sets. Pecflies at 205, incline dumbbell press at 70 lb dumbbells, and 21s with a 70 lb bar.

I'm happy to have reached 65kg/143lbs as a base weight.

(squat is fully folded legs and 1/2 squat akin to dead lift or leg press machine.)

BMI : 65kg / (1.57m * 1.57m) = 26.37 - slightly overweight, with muscle.

405lbs is a damn lot of weight! I've added a guess at dead lift for myself at 308lbs
based on 1/2 squat - if I get it half way down, I should be able to get it half way up.
I've not done any dead lifts for a few years, and even then it was not to my limits.
